40 Something" is a veritable musical mix from the most traditional folk to the heaviest of metal with a sprinkling of just about everything in between. I really enjoy presenting this program, with no editorial control, so I play music that I like, but if you pick up the phone and call me or e mail me then I could be playing the music that you like.

At 8pm I change languages and present an hour of Gaelic song interspersed with a little ceilidh music.
