Chris Grant, volunteer presenter at Cuillin FM, hopes that it will be a big success for the station for the second time “I really hope that this competition will bring the attention of many people to Cuillin FM and I hope it also helps independent artists like it did with last year’s competition. I’m delighted that it's going to be taking place on Highland Uproar for the second year. I’m also delighted to announce that we will work with Generate Radio and we’ll be bringing you more information very soon!”
We also caught up with new Judge Tom Shipp from scotbands.com "I'm really looking forward to my first time judging in the Cullin FM Highland Uproar competition. I'm a musician, promoter and a huge supporter of local and unsigned musicians and bands in Scotland and truly believe that as well as the act that wins the competition, we will uncover plenty of hidden gems in the music scene along the way"
You can hear Highland Uproar with Chris Grant every Monday from 12pm and repeated on Fridays from 9am-11am.
